Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new and existing clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and aligned with KPIs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular client reviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead branch day-to-day activities, coaching recruiters and staff performance.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls to drive profitability.
• Oversee recruitment strategies, on-boarding, and partner relationships with credit and policy reviews.
