Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service role.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop Recruiters and branch staff.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets.
• Forecast branch revenue and expenses and develop growth plans.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk, and rate negotiations.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews with direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with notices and licenses.
• Drive recruitment activities and develop local relationships.
