Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States (California) is seeking a Branch Manager to drive business growth, recruit and develop a high-performing branch team, and deliver excellent service to clients and candidates.

You will own sales plans, budget, and P&L, while expanding accounts, negotiating terms, and maintaining SLA compliance. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and a proven track record in staffing or professional services.

Qualifications

• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Five or more years of relevant work experience.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle numerous problems simultaneously.
• Planning and organizing.
• People Management.
• Development of business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing a plan to grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Manage day-to-day colleague performance and coach recruiters to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee branch P&L and cost controls, and develop revenue/expense forecasts and budgets.
• Lead recruitment strategies and local relationships with recruiting resources while supervising staff.
• Conduct monthly business reviews and maintain high client satisfaction and NPS scores.
• On-board new customers, including terms and conditions, risk assessment, and rate negotiation.
