Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new business and maintain client SLA targets.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters; monitor performance and drive process improvements.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with clients and vertical teams to align on priorities and growth.
