Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new clients and maintain client relationships.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets; monitor KPIs and service levels.
• Lead and develop branch team; coach Recruiters and staff.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; manage risk and credit references.
• Onboard new customers; negotiate terms, pay and bill rates; drive growth.
