Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, account retention, and P&L management across the branch. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while delivering top-tier service to candidates and clients in a fast-paced staffing environment.

You will drive revenue through new business, optimize pay and bill rates, and ensure compliance, employee engagement, and process improvements to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; five plus years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a track record of growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of staff and management.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop plans to win new business, and manage client requirements and SLAs.
• Lead day-to-day performance of staff; coach and mentor recruiters to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and forecasting; control costs and implement revenue growth strategies.
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiations; monitor client credit limits.
• Provide regular KPI reviews and business reviews with clients and internal teams.
