Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive client growth, recruit and lead a branch team, and manage P&L. This on-site role focuses on building new business, strengthening relationships, and delivering top service to candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities include expanding existing accounts, setting pay/bill rates, coaching staff, and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new business and re-engage lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; manage relationships with HR and operations.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Set and monitor pay/bill rates by skill category; gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• On-board new customers; assess risk, credits, and conversion schedules.
• Manage day-to-day performance of staff, coach recruiters, and improve processes to reduce costs.
