Job summary

Adecco Group in Mt. Lebanon, PA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, client retention, and branch operations. You will drive sales plans, recruit and develop top talent, and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while fostering a high-performance team environment and a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a track record of increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new clients and expand existing ones.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure SLA adherence across programs.
• Lead branch team performance; coach Recruiters and improve KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Oversee onboarding of new customers, credit checks, and rate negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and proper licensing.
