Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Plan and organize branch activities and goals.
• People management and leadership experience.
• Develop business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain client accounts; understand client requirements and SLAs.
• Lead branch operations, including budgeting, P&L, cost control, and KPI achievement.
• Coach and develop recruiters; manage day-to-day performance.
• Oversee recruitment strategies, onboarding, and relationships with colleges and recruitment resources.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and program teams; drive customer satisfaction; manage escalation points.
• Create and implement branch revenue/expense forecasts and growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with notices, licenses, credit references, and collections.
• Maintain an engaging and compliant work environment; monitor safety and workers' comp.
