Job summary

Adecco Group in San Diego is seeking a Branch Manager to grow and retain client accounts, drive sales, and manage the branch P&L. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff while delivering top-tier service to clients and candidates.

In this role you will set pay and bill rates, monitor SLA adherence, and present regular business reviews to senior leadership. A strong sales background and leadership experience in staffing are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients, improving bottom line.
• Ensure client requirements are met in line with SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Escalate issues with Client, Procurement, Operations and HR managers.
• Set and monitor pay and bill rates by skill category and negotiate terms.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls, forecasts and budgets.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; mentor recruiters.
• Conduct monthly reviews of KPI metrics and team performance.
• Lead branch recruitment strategies and develop local relationships.
