Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States (Pennsylvania/Bairdford area) to lead sales, recruitment, and branch operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand existing clients and win back lost accounts.
• Manage client relationships and ensure SLA targets are met through regular reviews.
• Oversee branch P&L and budgeting; control costs and forecast revenue.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch team; drive recruitment and performance.
• Ensure timely collections and compliance with company policies.
