Responsibilities

• Oversees all day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Drives sales activity and profitability.
• Coaches, counsels, and mentors management and sales staff.
• Reviews bids and signs GC contracts.
• Manages P&L and financial activity.
• Ensures on-time delivery and project completion.
