You will oversee sales, warehouse logistics, inventory management, finance, facilities, and team development. The role requires 1–3+ years of experience in a similar role (3+ years preferred) and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a similar role (3+ years preferred); wholesale distribution experience a plus.
• Supervisory experience and proficiency across all branch operation functions strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours; comfortable working in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• The Branch Manager holds full responsibility for growing and running the branch — driving sales, profitability, and market share while keeping operations, people, and customers thriving.
• Manage all branch functions: sales, warehouse, inventory, finance, HR, and facilities.
• Set goals aligned with company direction; build action plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze information to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities; act decisively.
• Allocate resources and delegate effectively while staying informed on outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members with clear expectations and feedback.
• Build a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Resolve conflict quickly and constructively; model the behaviors you expect.
