Job summary

Adecco Group in California is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, client retention, and P&L management for the branch. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will establish plans to grow accounts, manage pay/bill rates, monitor KPIs, and present monthly business reviews. A high school diploma with 5+ years in sales or service roles is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; communicate with client contacts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular business reviews and stakeholder communication.
• Lead branch P&L, budgets, forecasting, and cost control; monitor KPI metrics.
• On-board new customers; negotiate terms, payment, and credit references.
• Coach and develop recruiters; drive process improvements to reduce costs.
