Job summary

Adecco Group in California is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations, grow new business, and strengthen existing client relationships. You will manage P&L, oversee branch staff, and ensure service levels and KPIs are met while delivering excellent customer service to candidates and clients.

You will drive recruitment strategies, coach recruiters, and maintain compliance with SLAs and contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; two years direct sales with a track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow existing and new clients.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets; implement forecasts and growth plans.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of branch team; ensure KPI/SLA achievement.
• On-board new customers; discuss terms, risk, and rates; credit references.
