Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally; interact with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new clients and maintain client satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control; develop revenue and expense forecasts; set budgets.
• Supervise day-to-day performance of branch colleagues; coach and develop recruiters.
• Lead recruitment activities, ensure compliance with credits, bills, and SLAs, and improve processes to reduce service costs.
