Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all facets of branch operations, from safety and efficiency to customer service and profitability. You will drive growth through strategic sales management and client relationships while recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include P&L oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining a professional, safe work environment that aligns with BrightView standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent landscape industry experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping, operations, or service-based fields.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and read financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead sales initiatives and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
• Supervise customer service to ensure high-quality experiences and retention.
• Direct financial planning, budgeting, and KPIs to maximize profitability.
• Champion EHS policies and drive a safety-first culture.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; set performance expectations and provide coaching.
