Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of branch operations in Florida. You will drive growth through sales leadership, client relations, and strategic execution while ensuring safety, compliance, and staff development.

A key focus is maintaining a profitable, efficient, and high-performing branch. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, building a qualified sales pipeline, managing customer relationships, and leading a team to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping, operations, or service.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and read financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices.
• Leadership skills with team development and performance management.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and policy compliance.
• Lead the sales team, develop strategic plans, and grow the customer base.
• Supervise service delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Manage branch P&L, forecast finances, and monitor revenue/expenses.
• Enforce EHS policies and promote a safety-first culture.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team.
