BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all aspects of branch operations in Sacramento, focusing on safety, efficiency, and profitability. You will drive growth through strategic sales management, client relationships, and team development.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping or related services, with strong P&L and safety knowledge, and a proven track record in leadership and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent combination of landscape maintenance/construction industry experience and education.
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in landscaping, operations, or a service-based industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and understand financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational compliance practices.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team development, motivation, and performance management.
• Results-driven leader who motivates teams and builds strong customer relationships.
• Adaptive and proactive in managing change and solving complex operational issues.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant business software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with policies.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet growth targets.
• Manage the sales team to maintain a healthy pipeline and drive revenue.
• Supervise customer service to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Lead P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure adherence to EHS policies and promote a culture of safety.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff for service excellence.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners and monitor feedback.
