Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager in Riverside, CA to oversee all aspects of branch operations, drive safety, customer service, and profitability. You will lead strategic sales management, build client relationships, and ensure effective recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.

You will manage P&L, develop growth plans, monitor KPIs, and foster a high-performing, safe work environment aligned with BrightView values and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping or service industries.
• Experience managing P&L and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
• Proven leadership with team development and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead sales strategy and manage the sales team to grow revenue.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and strong client relationships.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Develop and implement safety programs and EHS policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; set performance expectations.
