• Willingness to work across multiple departments and sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and chair branch safety committee.
• Oversee branch operations to meet financial commitments.
• Manage P&L and budget planning; review monthly results.
• Collaborate with sales to grow customer base and oversee bids.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and owners.
• Review contracts with sales staff and coordinate with legal.
