Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a branch, store, or dealership environment (equipment, automotive, or related industry preferred).
• Experience managing P&L and interpreting financial statements, budgets, and KPIs.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, dealership management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of service shop operations, parts logistics, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and employee development skills; excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the branch, ensuring profitability, expense control, and revenue growth.
• Analyze financial reports to make informed business decisions.
• Implement SOPs across departments to ensure high-quality operations.
• Manage branch overheads, budgets, and forecasts to meet targets.
• Partner with sales to achieve revenue goals and develop customer relationships.
• Oversee inside sales and promote rental fleet utilization as a profit center.
• Coordinate with service and parts to ensure shop efficiency and timely repairs.
• Maintain relationships with OEMs and suppliers for favorable terms and timely availability.
• Collaborate on branch growth strategies with Regional Manager.
