Job summary

Fujitec America is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee branch service operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely delivery of repairs, installations, and modernization projects. You will coordinate with mechanics, supervisors, and customers to maintain high service standards while managing budgets and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a focus on optimizing operations and safety across field teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Monitor branch performance against goals and budgets.
• Review labor, overtime, parts, subcontractor, and other costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Monitor productivity and profitability of service and repair operations.
• Review outstanding work and improve billing and revenue recognition.
• Provide leadership with accurate information regarding branch performance and risks.

Responsibilities

• Administer safety program including safety audits and promoting safety.
• Plan, direct, and prioritize elevator installations, modernizations, service repairs, and labor needs.
• Utilize project management software and scheduling tools.
• Manage staff schedules and review payroll.
• Monitor vehicle use and assignment.
• Review job status using reports to identify risks and opportunities.
