Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of branch operations, sales, and service delivery in Georgia. You will drive profitability, manage staff, and cultivate relationships with clients, referral sources, and local leadership.

The role requires supervisory and sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and branch performance, including HR tasks and service quality. A BS degree is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in a HealthCare or related setting preferred
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally with all levels of personnel internal and external
• Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client and employee issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs.
• BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services or related field of study) but not required with equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch sales and service delivery to meet financial targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referrals, and community partners.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; monitor performance.
• Manage recruiting and HR processes including payroll and employee relations.
• Lead business development and pricing strategy for the branch.
• Lead branch participation in HomeCare sales programs/contests/meetings and ensure awareness of prospect/customer service requirements.
