Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Multi-Site Branch Manager to oversee the performance of multiple locations, drive sales and service delivery, and exceed financial targets. The role emphasizes building client relationships and coordinating with local, regional, and corporate management to ensure exceptional care and continuous improvement.

You will lead sales, marketing, and operations efforts, manage staff, analyze branch metrics, and guide strategic planning for regional growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience required.
• 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in a HealthCare or related setting preferred
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services, or related field) but not required with equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated track record in building new book of business, client relationship management, and/or evidence of closing and growing accounts preferred.
• Must have proven at least 3+ years of sales performance with a record of achievement and exceeding growth expectations.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally with all levels of personnel internal and external
• Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client and employee issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs.
• Percent of travel 50-75%
