You will recruit and lead a high-performing team, manage delinquencies, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of management experience or successful completion of management training program
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, outbound calling, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions that support branch success.
