You will lead the technician team, plan scheduling, ensure fleet readiness, and build strong relationships with customers and the community to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5 years related experience.
• 3 years of direct line management preferred.
• 1 year of experience managing technical employees preferred.
• Strong financial management with measurable performance results.
• Knowledge of electrical, diesel and temperature control fundamentals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all branch operations and staffing.
• Manage rental fleet, parts/inventory, and safety policy execution.
• Lead technician team with planning, scheduling, and coaching.
• Drive workforce planning through skills development with regional teams.
• Ensure fleet readiness, utilization, and on-time deployment for contracts.
• Enforce safety standards, audits, and incident prevention.
• Coordinate with regional service manager on training and personnel decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
