The role requires 7–10 years in management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel to project sites. A strategic thinker who can execute tactically will thrive in this position.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or management preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in a management role; railroad and/or vegetation management experience a plus.
• Proven track record of leading and growing a division or business unit.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting/financial management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Proficiency with business management software and tools.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve division objectives and company goals.
• Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Develop and manage division budgets including forecasting and cost control.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team and conduct performance evaluations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Represent the division at industry events and networking functions.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare reports on division performance and use data to drive decisions.
