Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager for the Salt Lake City area. The role focuses on overseeing operations, performance, and growth of the Salt Lake City branch, with responsibilities spanning strategic planning, staff management, and achieving financial and operational goals.

You will lead a diverse team, foster a positive safety culture, manage budgets, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a management role; railroad and/or vegetation management experience a plus.
• Proven track record of leading and growing a division or business unit.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and financial management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: develop and implement plans to achieve division objectives and company goals.
• Operational Management: oversee day-to-day operations, ensure efficiency, budget management, and compliance.
• Team Leadership and Development: mentor and motivate a diverse team; conduct performance evaluations and training needs.
• Business Development: identify new opportunities and build relationships with clients and partners.
• Risk Management and Compliance: ensure compliance with laws and policies; identify risks and mitigations.
• Reporting and Analysis: present regular division performance reports and use data to drive decisions.
