Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years in a management role, railroad/vegetation experience a plus.
• Proven track record in leading and growing a division or business unit.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with ability to execute tactically.
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop teams.
• Experience using business management software and tools.
