This role requires strong leadership, sales focus, and the ability to develop strategic plans that enhance member experience and branch performance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with supervisory experience in a sales environment.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and lead a branch team within a financial institution.
• Experience in banking or credit union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch with focus on growth and exceptional member service.
• Coach staff to build sales competencies and maintain operational soundness.
• Achieve sales goals including referrals, loans, and memberships.
• Manage staffing to ensure coverage and member follow-ups.
• Act as brand ambassador at events to generate leads.
• Create strategic branch growth plans with quarterly reviews.
• Handle supervisory overrides, approvals, and member issues.
• Develop community partnerships and engage in local forums.
• Promote credit union products based on member needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Schedule and coordinate branch operations and scheduling.
• Address member grievances per policy.
