Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and previous supervisory experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Analytical skills; strong communication skills, both written and oral; ability to quickly embrace change and effectively lead others through change.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills; proficient in relevant technology and regulatory training.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch management and oversee operations to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop staff through coaching, observations, and training; manage scheduling and performance goals.
• Drive membership growth and relationship building, including referrals for loans, insurance, investments, and real estate services.
