Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Banking Center Manager to lead a full-service banking center in the United States. You will drive sales, service excellence, and operational rigor while developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance. The role emphasizes outside outreach, community involvement, and collaboration with partners to reach branch goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor level degree in business/finance or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor or leadership experience.
• Minimum 1 year of banking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage by meeting and exceeding banking center sales goals for loans, deposits, referrals and profitability.
• Coach and develop staff to promote products and achieve individual and team goals.
• Build relationships with customers and partners through proactive outreach and community involvement.
• Oversee branch operations, audits, reports and cash control.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance.
