Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop new clients to increase revenue.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs.
• Lead and develop branch team, coach recruiters, and ensure KPI/SLAs.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories and ensure SLA compliance.
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk assessment, and conversion plans.
