Qualifications

• Three years of solid management experience in retail with staff leadership, coaching, and sales goals (Bachelor option).
• Seven years with HS Diploma/GED including staff management and sales goals (HS option).
• Three years of retail banking experience as Branch Manager (HS option).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service aligned with the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Develop business opportunities and deepen customer relationships.
• Promote bank products and services through community engagement.
• Conduct daily team huddles, monthly team meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Represent the Bank professionally in the community.
• Maintain risk management, profitability, and customer satisfaction in transactions.
• Oversee service behaviors and follow up on leads via call nights.
