Job summary
Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Leader to drive Breakthrough Client Service and establish the branch as the local bank of choice. You will lead a team, grow consumer and small business relationships, and manage P&L with a focus on efficiency and compliance. Onsite at our St.
Helena location, you will partner with Retail and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. The role requires banking experience (consumer and business lending), management expertise, and Mortgage Loan
Qualifications
- 3 years of banking experience including consumer lending.
- 2 years of management experience in banking or retail.
- Familiar with banking products and services and sales/relationship management.
- Ability to act as Bank MLO and comply with SAFE Act requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of associates to deliver Breakthrough Client Service.
- Grow branch relationships and achieve growth targets.
- Manage branch P&L, budget, and portfolio performance.
- Ensure audit readiness and adherence to operating guidelines.
- Engage with local community and cross-functional partners.
