Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, and 66 (or 63 & 65) registrations required.
• State life and health licenses required.
• 5 years of experience in Branch Management or Sales Management.
• 10 years financial services/insurance industry experience.
• Proven track record in managing profitability.
• Demonstrated success in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch locations and execute overall branch business goals.
• Manage recruiting, hiring and retention within the branch.
• Provide training and development of associates; staff management.
• Ensure supervision and documentation practices meet regulatory standards.
• Drive branch sales activity and promotion; market and communicate.
• Handle finance, operations and technology initiatives; lead with culture.
• Manage multiple locations and lead strategic decisions with leadership.
