Qualifications

• Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing within 18 months of entry.
• Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products and client relationship management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Experience with Internet and email preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and business development to meet annual branch goals.
• Lead and coach branch staff and manage performance.
• Develop Business Banking relationships through proactive outreach.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk controls.
• Handle complex account servicing and escalations.
• Own customer issues until resolved.
• Oversee loan requests up to $250,000.
• Promote M&T brand and community presence.
