Qualifications

• Licensing in Life/Accident and Health Insurance within 18 months.
• M&T Business Banking Specialist within 18 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products and client relationship management.
• M&T Way Certified; Precision Leadership Certified; Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and business development to achieve profitability and annual goals.
• Coach and develop branch staff; lead performance management.
• Identify Retail and Business Banking needs via M&T sales processes.
• Prospect and grow Business Banking relationships; expand community presence.
• Hire and interview staff; ensure staffing model is followed.
• Model excellent customer service and enforce Retail strategy.
• Ensure compliance with banking guidelines and risk controls.
• Process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000.
