Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic staffing environment. You will be responsible for growing and retaining accounts, managing P&L, and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

In this role, you will oversee recruitment, training, and development of branch staff, establish strategic plans, and collaborate with sales leadership to align with client needs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new and existing clients
• Manage branch P&L and budget; implement cost-control measures
• Lead, coach and develop recruiters; ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk assessment, and negotiations
• Ensure client credit references and limits per guidelines
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with directors/VPs
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and local relationships for talent
