Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Passion for creating exceptional experiences and setting the tone in the branch.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.

• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
