Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team and culture, delivering attentive service and hospitality.
• Grow deposits and investments, manage branch operations.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve results and engagement.
• Represent Chase brand and use latest banking solutions and tech.
• Foster community relationships and ensure risk and controls.
• Travel for in-person training as required.
