Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to build business plans that attract new clients and deepen existing relationships while driving branch profitability. The role includes recruiting, training, and developing top talent and delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will lead day-to-day operations, set compensation and billing rates, manage budgets, and drive growth strategies. A strong sales and people-management track record in staffing is preferred.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Develop and implement branch revenue/expense forecasts; set pay and bill rates.
• Coach recruiters; manage day-to-day performance to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead monthly business reviews with leadership; maintain client relationships.
