Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated experience in Retail Bank sales management or related bank operations/support function.
• 5+ years experience in Retail sales management or equivalent demonstrated through work history or education.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to Branch Manager responsibilities with endorsements.
• 3+ years selling products/services in an incentive-based environment.
• Proven sales leadership in a branch manager or similar role.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall branch performance, lead team to achieve sales targets and optimize operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Motivate sales teams to manage a pipeline of prospects and customers.
• Engage in consultative conversations to offer tailored solutions for customers.
• Analyze branch performance data to drive strategic decisions and improve efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members, set expectations and drive development.
• Responsible for hiring, retention, and motivation of branch staff across functions.
• Manage scheduling to balance branch needs and staff availability.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and promote self-service options.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, on the phone, or digitally.
• Maintain risk management and regulatory compliance within policies.
