Job summary

Qualifications

• Education required: high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Retail Bank sales management or related operations.
• 5+ years in retail sales management or equivalent with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in Santander or related endorsed roles is a plus.
• Experience selling financial products in an incentive-based environment.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to educate customers on digital tools and services.
• Data-driven decision making and risk/compliance awareness.
