Job summary

First Harvest Credit Union in New Jersey seeks a Branch Sales & Relationship Manager who will lead all aspects of branch operations, sales, and member relationships to drive deposits, loans, new membership, and fee income while delivering a superior member experience.

The role blends daily branch oversight with active outside business development, community engagement, and partnerships with Marketing and Lending teams to expand brand visibility and strengthen community ties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or banking with proven sales leadership; credit union experience preferred.
• Prior experience managing a branch or financial center preferred.
• Demonstrated success in outside business development or community outreach.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and team leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of deposit products, consumer lending, and ancillary services.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive deposits, loans, and new member growth through daily sales activities.
• Develop outbound calling strategies to deepen relationships.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to expand brand visibility and member acquisition.
• Lead branch operations, staffing, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track performance metrics and report to regional management; lead sales huddles for alignment.
• Handle complex member concerns and escalations with professionalism.
