Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in New Jersey to lead a busy branch, grow deposits and investments, manage daily operations, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service. You will represent the brand with hospitality and stay ahead with the latest banking solutions and technology.

The role requires 2+ years of management in retail banking, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for weekend and evening hours.

Qualifications

2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.
Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of clients to build lasting relationships and trust.

Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
