Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong sales, management, and team leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Eligible for registration in the SAFE Act and licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience at all points of contact.
• Advise customers on product selection and deliver tailored solutions.
• Educate customers about digital banking services and options.
• Handle complex customer issues and resolve service concerns.
• Participate in outbound campaigns and branch initiatives to develop new business.
• Mentor and coach branch staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Support branch operations, security, audit, and compliance procedures.
