Job summary

Beacon Bank in South Hadley, MA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to partner with the Branch Manager, drive branch growth, supervise team members and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The role acts as a leader within the branch, mentoring colleagues in performance, product knowledge, account opening and customer experience process.

You will mentor staff, handle daily operations, support sales goals, manage onboarding and compliance, and may serve as acting manager in the Branch

Qualifications

• The company requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience.
• Strong sales and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and travel to nearby offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experience and build relationships.
