Job summary

The Adecco Group in Texas seeks a Branch Manager to grow new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and drive branch P&L. You will lead recruiting, training, and development of the branch team while ensuring top-notch service to candidates and clients.

This role requires strong sales leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with HR, Operations, and client teams to meet KPIs and SLAs. A proven track record in staffing sales is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Clear written and oral communication with all staff levels.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win back lost clients.
• Ensure client requirements align with SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular client reviews.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of branch staff.
• Manage day-to-day colleague performance and coaching of recruiters.
• Oversee branch P&L, budget, and cost control.
